School Districts

The REAP system is a process which was designed to assist School Districts in securing qualified applicants to meet their unique needs.

REAP saves time and money because it:

• Reduces the cost of searching for candidates.
• Provides up to date applicant information.
• Provides quick and efficient retrieval of applicant information.
• Eliminates the storage requirements of paper applications.

To find qualified applicants, Human Resource officials search the applicant database using multiple criteria. The candidates employment information can be reviewed in a variety of formats: quick search results, Executive Summary (click here to see example), Application Form and a Full Detail report.

Each state system is tailored to comply with the unique legal requirements of that state.
